Job summary

Spring Health in the United States is seeking a senior technical SEO strategist focused on AEO and GEO to drive AI visibility across B2B and D2C audiences. This role builds and tests strategies, collaborates with product and engineering, and shapes site architecture for crawlability.

You will experiment with content formats, signals, and structured data to improve rankings and citations on AI-powered platforms, reporting on performance and scaling successful approaches.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical SEO or search visibility, with a focus on AEO and GEO.
• Hands-on experience improving visibility across AI-powered search and answer engines such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity or Google AI experiences.
• A strong understanding of how search engines and LLM-based systems crawl, index, retrieve and cite web content.

Responsibilities

• Build and own Spring Health’s company-wide AEO and GEO strategy, spanning both B2B employer and D2C member audiences.
• Test content, page structures, formats, sources, authorship signals and technical changes to understand what actually drives AI visibility and citation.
• Partner with Web and Engineering to address technical barriers and improve structured data, schema, semantic HTML, internal linking, site architecture and crawlability.
