Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Senior SEIT Specialty Engineering Manager to lead cross-disciplinary specialty engineering activities for the Sentinel program. You will oversee planning, scheduling, and technical performance, guiding a diverse team to deliver compliant, high-quality engineering solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's in STEM with extensive experience, active Secret clearance, and proven leadership of large technical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 8 years of related experience, or master's degree in STEM with 6 years of related experience.
• Minimum of 3 years experience managing cost, schedule and performance of large government technical statements of work.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance at time of application; ability to obtain SAP and DoD Top Secret clearance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of specialty engineering disciplines across programs to ensure robust, innovative, and compliant solutions.
• Provide execution leadership for planning and performance of SEIT activities across the Sentinel program.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the SEIT team and mentor engineers.
