Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Director for Sentinel Specialty Engineering in the Strategic Deterrent Systems Division. This role will be located in Roy, UT or Huntsville, AL and lead the Specialty Engineering organization across Sentinel projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM with at least 10 years of progressive engineering experience, or a Master’s with 8+ years.
• Active US Government Secret clearance; investigation completed within last 5 years.
• Experience leading engineering teams and interfacing with customers and USAF leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Specialty Engineering organization within Sentinel Systems Engineering.
• Direct implementation of specialty engineering requirements and processes.
• Coordinate topics across IPTs and external stakeholders.
• Ensure MBSE processes and design compliance across the program.
• Provide technical leadership in Human Systems Integration, Nuclear Hardness, E3 and System Safety.
