Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Senior Leader to head the Specialty Engineering organization for the Sentinel Systems Engineering program in Utah. You will drive the implementation of specialty requirements, coordinate across IPTs, and manage budgeting and reporting while mentoring technical leaders.

This role requires a STEM degree with extensive engineering experience and an active Secret clearance. You will shape MBSE processes, ensure design compliance, and collaborate with program leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 10+ years of progressive engineering experience, or a Master’s with 8+ years.
• Experience leading engineering teams/organizations to a common goal.
• Active US Government Secret clearance, investigation completed within last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Specialty Engineering organization within Sentinel Systems Engineering.
• Direct the implementation of specialty system engineering requirements and processes across program segments.
• Management (CAM) of specialty engineering work scope including planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Coordinate specialty engineering topics across IPTs and engage internal/external stakeholders.
• Establish and direct MBSE processes across the design and development of Sentinel.
• Ensure specialty engineering product quality and consistency for the Sentinel program.
• Interface with product/program leadership and advise on engineering priorities.
