Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Sr. Manager to lead SEIT activities for the Sentinel program, based in Roy, UT or Huntsville, AL. You will guide specialty engineering work across segments, ensuring on-schedule delivery and compliance with program requirements.

The role requires a STEM degree with 6–8 years of related experience, strong EVMS expertise, and the ability to lead 30+ engineers while coordinating with stakeholders and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline with 8 years of related experience, or a master’s degree with 6 years.
• Experience in Earned Value Financial Management (EVMS) and milestones planning/execution.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with active Secret clearance and ability to obtain SAP/DoD Top Secret.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of specialty engineering disciplines across programs to ensure robust solutions.
• Provide programmatic and technical oversight, and manage day-to-day SEIT team operations.
• Mentor and coach a diverse team of engineers and coordinate with IPTs and segments.
