Northrop Grumman is seeking a Sr. Manager, SEIT Specialty Engineering Deputy to lead specialty engineering activities on the Sentinel program in Roy, UT or Huntsville, AL. You will oversee schedule, cost and technical risk, mentor a 30+ person team, and coordinate across IPTs to meet program milestones.

Requires a STEM degree with 8+ years' experience (or 6+ with a master's), US citizenship, active Secret clearance, and ability to obtain SAP/DoD Top Secret clearance. No relocation stated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in STEM with relevant experience.
• 8+ years of related experience or 6+ years with a master's in STEM.
• Experience in Earned Value Management (EVMS) and milestone planning.
• U.S. Citizenship with active Secret clearance; ability to obtain SAP/DoD TS.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of specialty engineering disciplines across programs.
• Support program schedules, milestones, and deliverables while mitigating risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize system lifecycle performance.
• Provide expertise in Nuclear Hardness, System Safety, EMI/EMC/TEMPEST, and HSE.
• Mentor and develop a 30+ person specialty engineering team.
