Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of mainframe experience in a large enterprise.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of z/OS installation and SMP/E.
- TSO/ISPF, SDSF, JCL knowledge.
- USS knowledge and security.
- Team player with strong communication.
- Stress-resilient in major incidents.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with learning ability.
Responsibilities
- Participate in on-call schedule.
- Incident and problem resolution.
- z/OS and tools configuration and customization.
- Setup of parameters.
- Vendor communication.
- Contribute to technical projects.
- PARMLIB configuration and JES2 customization.
- Support changes on z/OS environments.
- Work with TSO/ISPF, SDSF, JCL.
- Communicate clearly; strong written skills.
