Ensono seeks a Senior Mainframe Systems Programmer to manage z/OS environments in a largely remote role across the United States. You will install, test, and tune system software, handle incidents, and work closely with vendors on complex mainframe projects.

The role requires 10+ years in a mainframe setting, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong TSO/ISPF, SDSF, JCL skills. Excellent analytical and teamwork abilities are essential.

Competenze

• 10+ years of mainframe experience in a large enterprise.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Deep knowledge of z/OS installation, maintenance and SMP/E.
• Working knowledge of TSO/ISPF, SDSF, JCL.
• Unix System Services (USS) familiarity and security concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and teamwork abilities.

Mansioni

• Install, test, and implement new z/OS operating systems and related software.
• Monitor and tune systems software; debug and resolve issues.
• Handle incidents, changes, and problems; coordinate with vendors.
• Configure PARMLIB and JES2; support z/OS environments.
• Communicate effectively; participate in technical projects.
