Job summary

The Youth Justice Advanced Case Manager role is a senior position within the Youth Justice Service, based in Ballarat, Australia. It is responsible for statutory supervision and coordinating services for young people subject to court orders, with emphasis on high-risk individuals with complex needs.

You will lead case management, coordinate rehabilitative interventions, liaise with courts and health services, and prepare reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day statutory supervision and case management of young people with complex needs.

• Implement and review client service plans, programs and services.
• Liaise with courts, policy, mental health services and other stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, briefs and prescribed registers.
• Implement strategies addressing offending behaviour and encourage compliance with orders.
