Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years of experience working directly with adolescents in criminal justice or social services.
• Ability to conduct interviews, assessments, and case management.
• Strong knowledge of court processes and coordination with attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Perform case management, referrals, assessments, and document findings.
• Represent DJJ in court hearings and advocate for recommendations.
• Prepare social histories, court reports, and related correspondence.
• Coordinate with schools, law enforcement, and providers to ensure services.
• Maintain records in JJIS and provide timely case updates.
• Provide crisis intervention and transition planning for youth.
