Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Provide contact with youth as identified by the DAC.
• Remain available for on-call responsibilities.
• Receive and process referral/intakes as required.
• Accountable for proper documentation and timely completion of paperwork.
• Attends professional meetings to maintain expertise.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with community workers.
