Qualifications

Responsibilities
Provide contact with youth as identified by the DAC.
Remain available for on-call responsibilities.
Receive and process referral/intakes as required.
Accountable for proper documentation and timely completion of paperwork.
Attends professional meetings to maintain expertise.
Maintain collaborative relationships with community workers.
