State of Indiana is seeking an Older Youth Case Manager Supervisor to lead a team focused on supporting adolescents in transition to adulthood within the Fort Wayne area. The role emphasizes case planning, court involvement when needed, and building support networks for youth.

The successful candidate will guide staff through policy-driven practices, ensure documentation and compliance, and foster a respectful environment for children, families, and service providers.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or higher in human services or related field preferred; leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Strong knowledge of social work principles, casework, and family services.
• Familiarity with state and federal regulations governing public assistance and child protection.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and supervise a team handling an adolescent caseload to support transition to adulthood.
• Review progress, document outcomes, and plan for needs and support systems.
• Attend court hearings when necessary and maintain professional standards with families and partners.
• Ensure policy adherence, training, and development for staff; manage travel and time reporting.
