Job summary

Montgomery County Common Pleas Court's Juvenile Division is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to support youth in a residential treatment setting. You will provide direct case management, coordinate services, and collaborate with families, schools, and community partners to foster positive outcomes.

The role requires a bachelor’s or associate degree in human services and at least three years’ experience in criminal justice or with at‑risk youth, plus CPR/CPI or Trauma‑Informed Care training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or an Associate’s degree in human services.
• Three years’ experience in criminal justice or with at‑risk youth.
• CPR, CPI or Trauma Informed Care training required.
• Ability to document identity and employment eligibility within 3 days.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual case management to youth and families in residential setting.
• Conduct youth intakes with youth, parent/guardian, and agency reps.
• Respond to emergency situations for ongoing case planning.
• Communicate with parents and public agencies on treatment matters.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and case reviews.
• Maintain data and supportive documentation for case records.
• Arrange transportation for visits and medical appointments.
• Conduct group sessions to support peer communication and alternatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
