What We Do

The Sr. Business Analyst should be knowledgeable about processing year-end data files, reviewing year-end reports, and any applicable disclosures that go out with year-end statements. The analyst would be responsible for ensuring QC and timely processing and mailing of all year-end statements and reporting to the IRS. They would also assist with our year-end communications to clients, internal business units, and customers, as well as processing and QC of MSP purge process.

What You'll Do

• Assist with year-end communications to clients, internal business units, and customers, and manage the MSP purge process.
• Conduct business process evaluations, interviewing internal and external customers to understand business requirements.
• Identify problems, define business process requirements, research solutions, negotiate resources, develop and test solutions, and implement improvements across business processes.
• Assess the impact of workflows and processes on the current business environment.
• Create reports, analyze data, identify trends, and communicate insights to management and partners.
• Apply industry best practices and established policies in problem-solving and process development.
• Troubleshoot issues and identify solutions within application and functional expertise.
• Contribute to department process improvements and influence procedures.
• Negotiate and gain consensus within cross-functional teams.
• Manage the risk of process delays or inefficiencies due to errors.
• Interact with customers as needed.
• Supervise and mentor less experienced Business Analysts, monitoring project progress.
• Set and monitor project objectives to ensure goals are achieved.
• Leverage team expertise and resources to define complex business processes across functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

• Experience with processing year-end data files, reviewing reports, and handling disclosures with year-end statements.
• Typically, a BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 4-8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to define requirements and lead teams.
• Analytical skills and business acumen.
• Knowledge of general business operations and cost-benefit considerations.

Salary Range: $75,375 - $100,475 annually.

This range is an estimate of the base pay for this role.
