What We Do

The Sr. Business Analyst should be knowledgeable about processing year-end data files, reviewing year-end reports, and any applicable disclosures that go out with year-end statements. The analyst would be responsible for ensuring QC and timely processing and mailing of all year-end statements and reporting to the IRS. They would also be responsible for assisting with our year-end communications to clients, internal business units, and customers, as well as processing and QC of MSP purge process.

• Assist with year-end communications to clients, internal business units, and customers, as well as the MSP purge process.
• Conduct business process evaluations, interviewing internal and external customers to understand business requirements.
• Identify problems, define business process requirements, research alternatives, negotiate for resources, develop solutions, gain consensus, test, and implement solutions across business processes.
• Consider the business implications of workflow and processes in the current environment.
• Create reports, analyze data, identify trends, and communicate findings to management and business partners.
• Apply industry practices, policies, and procedures as an experienced professional.
• Troubleshoot issues and identify solutions within application and functional expertise.
• Contribute to department processes and procedures.
• Negotiate and gain consensus from cross-functional teams.
• Handle customer interactions as needed.
• Supervise others and mentor less experienced analysts.
• Set project objectives and monitor progress.
• Leverage team expertise and resources to define complex processes crossing functional areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Range: $75,375 - $100,475 annually.
