What We Do

The Sr. Business Analyst should be knowledgeable about processing year-end data files, reviewing year-end reports, and any applicable disclosures that go out with year-end statements. The analyst would be responsible for ensuring QC and timely processing and mailing of all year-end statements and reporting to the IRS. They would also assist with our year-end communications to clients, internal business units, and customers, as well as processing and QC of MSP purge process.

What You'll Do

• Assist with year-end communications to clients, internal business units, and customers, as well as the MSP purge process.
• Conduct business process evaluations, interviewing internal and external customers, to understand business requirements.
• Identify problems, define business process requirements, research alternatives, negotiate for resources, develop solutions, gain consensus, test, and implement solutions across business processes.
• Assess the impact of workflow and processes on the current business environment.
• Create reports; research, analyze, and integrate data to identify and track trends. Adjust project/process direction accordingly. Report vital information to management/business partners.
• Leverage industry practices, policies, and procedures as an experienced professional.
• Troubleshoot a variety of problems and identify solutions within application and functional expertise.
• Provide input to and influence department processes and procedures.
• Negotiate, persuade, and gain consensus from cross-functional teams.
• Avoid errors that could cause delays or poor process development.
• Engage in significant customer interactions.
• Supervise others if applicable.
• Mentor and advise less experienced Business Analysts, monitoring project status.
• Set objectives for projects and monitor progress to achieve goals.
• Utilize expertise of team members and resources to define complex processes crossing functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

• Typically a BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically 4-8 years of related experience.

Salary Range: $75,375 - $100,475 annually.

This range is an estimate of the base pay.
