What We Do

The Sr. Business Analyst will be knowledgeable about processing year-end data files, reviewing year-end reports, and managing disclosures accompanying year-end statements. They will ensure quality control and timely processing and mailing of all year-end statements and IRS reporting. Additionally, they will assist with year-end communications to clients, internal teams, and customers, as well as oversee the MSP purge process.

What You'll Do

• Assist with year-end communications and manage the MSP purge process.
• Conduct business process evaluations by interviewing internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Identify problems, define business needs, explore solutions, negotiate resources, develop and test solutions, and implement improvements across business processes.
• Assess business implications of workflows and processes within the current environment.
• Create reports, analyze data, identify trends, and communicate insights to management and partners.
• Apply industry best practices and adhere to established policies and procedures.
• Troubleshoot issues and identify solutions within application and functional areas.
• Contribute to department process improvements and influence operational procedures.
• Negotiate and build consensus with cross-functional teams.
• Supervise and mentor less experienced analysts, monitor project progress, and set objectives.
• Leverage team expertise and resources to define complex, cross-functional business processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

• Experience processing year-end data files and reviewing related reports and disclosures.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically 4-8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical skills and business acumen.
• Understanding of general business operations and cost-benefit analysis.

Salary Range: $75,375 - $100,475 annually

This range is an estimate of the base pay for this position.
