What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Assist with year-end communications to clients, internal business units, and customers, as well as the MSP purge process
2. Conduct business process evaluations and interview stakeholders to gather business requirements
3. Identify problems, define business process requirements, and develop solutions
4. Create reports and analyze data to track trends and adjust project direction
5. Mentor and advise less experienced Business Analysts while monitoring project status

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Knowledge of processing year-end data files and reviewing year-end reports
2. Typically requires a BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
3. Minimum of 4-8 years of directly related experience
4. Excellent organizational and project management skills
5. Strong written and oral communication skills to define business parameters and lead teams
