• Field client requests via ticketing systems email and/or phone and enter cases.
• Setup and configure new locations as requested by business units.
• Develop and document plans, standards, procedures and checklists.
• Create ad hoc reports and enhance Yardi reporting capabilities.
• Provide remote training for clients via web meetings and monitor platform status.
