Job summary

Humana Inc is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of omni-channel External Identity and Access Management (XIAM) capabilities. You will lead the product lifecycle from discovery through launch, adoption, and modernization, ensuring secure, frictionless identity experiences across digital channels and business areas.

You will connect Insurance, CenterWell, Go365, CarePlus Health Plans, and enterprise teams to prioritize the XIAM backlog and align initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Progressive experience in product management or related roles.
Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
Ability to define product strategy and roadmaps, and translate strategy into executable plans.
Experience using data and customer insights to drive prioritization decisions.

Responsibilities

Define XIAM product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned with priorities.
Own integrated XIAM backlog across partners, domains, and journeys.
Balance enterprise, security, and modernization needs when prioritizing work.
Lead cross-portfolio collaboration and engagement models across teams.
Guide modernization of identity platforms and journeys for security and reliability.
Ensure delivery readiness, monitoring, and measurable value realization.
