Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for omni-channel External Identity and Access Management (XIAM) capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Progressive experience in product management, digital product strategy, platform product management, identity and access management, or related roles.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery through delivery and optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to define product strategy and roadmaps, manage integrated backlogs, write outcome-oriented requirements, and translate strategy into executable plans.
• Experience aligning multiple business areas or brands around shared enterprise capabilities and resolving competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate XIAM product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned with priorities.
• Own and prioritize the integrated XIAM backlog across partners, domains, and journeys.
• Balance enterprise, modernization, security, and compliance needs when making priority decisions.
• Partner with delivery teams to maintain backlog readiness and transparent tradeoffs.
• Provide visibility into roadmap status, decisions, risks, milestones, and value realization.
• Lead cross-portfolio collaboration across Insurance, CenterWell, Go365, and enterprise teams.
