Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a Workplace Relations Partner focused on Accommodations & Leaves to lead complex ADA and leave processes. You will coordinate with employees, managers, and external vendors, ensuring compliant outcomes and timely resolutions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in HR with 3+ years in accommodations/leaves, a Master’s in HR/Compliance, and Workday experience. The role supports a national program with opportunities for growth within a trusted government-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Advanced / Master’s Degree in HR, Compliance or related field.
• PHR or SPHR certification.
• Experience with Workday HRIS.
• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience; including 3 years of significant experience in accommodations and leaves.
• Experience with Federal/State leave laws and programs.
• Knowledge of EEO and ADA.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall accommodation and leave of absence process.
• Provide information, interpretation, guidance on escalations related to accommodations or leaves.
• Translate internal needs into policies, procedures and practices.
• Oversee vendor activities to ensure program compliance.
• Enhance customer experience with efficient and courteous service.
• Manage day-to-day vendor activities including data governance and quality initiatives.
• Escalate and manage risks affecting customers and operations.
