Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a Workplace Relations Partner specializing in Accommodations & Leaves to manage complex ADA processes and coordinate with managers, employees, and external vendors.

This role oversees the end-to-end leave of absence process, ensures compliance with federal and state laws, and works across HRIS systems (including Workday) to align timekeeping, payroll, and claims while delivering courteous, efficient service.

Qualifications

• Advanced/Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Compliance or related field.
• PHR or SPHR certification is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with 3+ years in accommodations and leaves.
• Experience with Federal/State leave laws and ADA processes.
• Strong data governance and vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall accommodation and leave of absence process.
• Provide guidance on escalations related to accommodations and leaves.
• Collaborate with managers, employees, and external vendors to resolve complex cases.
• Coordinate across HRIS systems for timekeeping, payroll, and claims management.
