Job summary

PACS Group, Inc. seeks an ADA Leave and Accommodation Management Specialist to support ~50,000 employees across multiple states. Lead interactive processes under ADA/PWFA and coordinate leave programs to ensure compliant, timely decisions. Partners with HR and operations to standardize processes and improve employee experience.

The role focuses on improving compliance, documenting decisions, and enabling successful return‑to‑work outcomes within a healthcare, multi-site setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years ADA accommodations or leave management experience.
• Experience conducting the interactive process and documenting outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field, or equivalent.
• Experience with state leave laws across multiple states (CA, OR, WA).
• Experience supporting multi-site healthcare or post-acute environments.
• Experience with a leave/absence system such as Workday Absence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end administration of workplace accommodation requests.
• Evaluate and coordinate reasonable accommodations with stakeholders while ensuring compliance.
• Manage cases intersecting with FMLA, state leave, disability, workers’ comp, and return-to-work.
• Maintain confidential case records and monitor progress for timely resolution.
• Partner with HR, People Relations, and Legal teams on complex matters and acquisitions.
• Analyze trends, propose improvements, and train HR leaders on best practices.
