Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a Workplace Relations Partner specializing in Accommodations & Leaves to join the HR team. The role partners with managers, employees and vendors to facilitate the entire accommodation and leave process and ADA-related outcomes.

The ideal candidate will manage highly complex accommodation and leave cases, coordinate with HRIS systems, and drive compliant resolutions while maintaining a focus on customer service and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Advanced / Master’s Degree in HR, Compliance or related field is required.
• PHR or SPHR certification is preferred.
• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience; including 3 years in accommodations and leaves.
• Experience with Federal/State leave laws and programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall accommodation and leave of absence process.
• Provide guidance on escalations related to accommodations or leaves.
• Translate internal needs into policies and practices.
• Oversee vendors and ensure program compliance with regulations and policies.
• Improve customer experience with efficient, courteous service.
• Manage day-to-day vendor activities and data governance.
• Identify and escalate risks impacting customers to management.

Education

Advanced / Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Compliance or related field

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
