Job summary

OpenTable in San Francisco, CA, is seeking an Office Manager, Workplace Experience to create an outstanding in-office environment for employees. The role oversees daily office operations, events, facilities, and hospitality, while coordinating vendors and onsite catering.

You will partner with IT, Real Estate, and regional teams to enhance the workplace, manage safety procedures, and support a welcoming, inclusive office culture. Five days on-site, with flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in workplace experience or workplace operations in a corporate environment
• Ability to lift 40 lbs
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, proactive, and collaborative attitude
• Comfort with multitasking and adapting to changing priorities
• Familiarity with Slack and Google Suite; comfortable with multiple OS

Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations, events, facilities, and hospitality
• Coordinate office vendors, contracts, and relationships
• Oversee onsite catering, snacks, and meals for employees and visitors
• Maintain office calendar and wiki; plan monthly meetings and events
• Collaborate with IT for AV needs and equipment setup
• Support regional office leadership with ad hoc administrative tasks
• Respond to emergencies and support life safety drills and procedures
• Coordinate with Real Estate on moves, refurbishments, and office footprint
