Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Liaison to lead a large events team across multiple sites, delivering world-class hospitality and seamless meeting experiences. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and coordinate security, catering, IT, and AV for corporate events.

You will foster a service-oriented culture, develop initiatives with regional leaders, and ensure compliance with company policies while maintaining training records and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, coaching, performance measurement and retention preferred.
• Ability to convey performance expectations and resolve issues.
• Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency and effectiveness.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing events team through coaching and collaboration.
• Foster a welcoming, service-oriented culture prioritizing client happiness.
• Create and maintain high-touch events management program.
• Oversee lifecycle of corporate events including logistics like security, catering, IT and AV.
• Ensure compliance with policies and training records.
• Support regional lead with initiatives and multi-site alignment.
• Communicate with clients, vendors and stakeholders on goals and results.
• Supervise staff, conduct evaluations and lead recruitment.
• Create department budget and approve event supply POs.
• Implement process improvements and review reports for senior management.
• Confirm operations and vendors align with location requirements.
• Create and monitor department SLAs, KPIs and benchmarks.
