Job summary

Clearsulting seeks an experienced Consulting Manager for the Workiva Wdata practice in Columbus, OH, with hybrid or remote options. Occasional travel of 20-40% is expected as client needs arise.

You will lead finance transformation projects, coordinate SDLC activities, and mentor junior consultants while delivering executive presentations to multi-billion-dollar clients. Strong Excel and Workiva expertise are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of system integration, SQL, and/or Python experience.
• 6+ years in finance management consulting focusing on finance transformation or financial reporting.
• Expert in building complex Excel formulas and pivot tables.
• Strong knowledge of Workiva functionality and development.
• Experience with SDLC principles and leading practices.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team of problem solvers to help finance executives at multi-billion-dollar companies.
• Assist in execution of SDLC activities: requirements, design, build, testing, deployment.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs based on leading practices.
• Develop and review executive presentations communicating complex issues and recommendations.
• Oversee design sessions and review technical design and build during implementations.
• Conduct client training on Workiva features and functionalities.
• Mentor junior team members and manage multiple projects and stakeholder expectations.
