Clearsulting LLC is seeking a Consulting Manager for Workiva Wdata (Digital Reporting & Compliance) to lead finance transformation initiatives and drive complex client engagements. You’ll partner with executives, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality SDLC delivery across multiple projects.

The role supports hybrid or remote work in the United States, with travel up to 20-40% and a compensation range of $120,000–$156,000 USD.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of system integration, SQL, and/or Python experience.
• 6+ years of finance management consulting with a focus on finance transformation or finance process improvement, or financial reporting experience with a focus on drafting financial statements.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored visa support.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive finance management consulting experience to help finance and accounting executives at multi-billion-dollar companies solve complex problems, from strategy through execution.
• Assist in execution of the full scope of System Development Lifecycle activities – functional and technical requirements, solution design, interface and system build, testing cycles, training, and deployment.
• Translate and review business requirements to effective technical solution designs that are based on leading practice system design principles.
• Develop and review executive-level presentations to communicate complex issues and recommendations across processes, systems, and people.
• Guide and oversee teams through design sessions and execute and review technical design and build during implementation.
• Conduct client training sessions to thoroughly educate them on features and functionalities of the Workiva platform.
