Job summary

Clearsulting LLC is seeking a Consulting Manager for Workiva Wdata (Digital Reporting & Compliance) to lead finance transformation initiatives for multi-billion-dollar clients from our Cleveland HQ. Hybrid or remote work options are available, with up to 20-40% travel.

You will guide cross‑functional teams through SDLC, design data models in Excel, and develop executive presentations to communicate complex recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of system integration, SQL, and/or Python experience.
• 6+ years of finance management consulting with a focus on finance transformation or financial reporting experience.
• Expert in building complex Excel formulas and data models.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team of problem solvers to help finance and accounting executives at multi-billion-dollar companies solve complex problems, from strategy through execution.
• Assist in execution of the full scope of System Development Lifecycle activities – functional and technical requirements, solution design, interface and system build, testing cycles, training, and deployment.
• Translate and review business requirements to effective technical solution designs that are based on leading practice system design principles.
• Develop and review executive-level presentations to communicate complex issues and recommendations across processes, systems, and people.
• Guide and oversee teams through design sessions and execute and review technical design and build during implementation.
• Conduct client training sessions to thoroughly educate them on features and functionalities of the Workiva platform.
• Attention to detail in executing work products with excellent follow-through is a must.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks while setting stakeholder expectations and meeting deadlines.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to foster their professional growth and development.
