You will focus on either Data Engineering & Architecture or Business Intelligence & Analytics, building pipelines or dashboards, with KPI definitions and root-cause analysis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, BI, or forecasting.
• Advanced SQL skills to write, tune, and debug complex queries against large datasets.
• Experience turning data into decisions for a business partner.
• Experience explaining technical results to a non-technical audience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, technical, or business discipline.

Responsibilities

• Turn multi-source operational data into planning inputs the business can act on.
• Partner with operations, finance, and department leaders to understand decision needs.
• Build tooling and data products that let planners and leaders answer their own questions.
• Bring rigor to metrics: forecast accuracy, capacity use, and cost per prescription.
