Qualifications

• Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable workforce optimization frameworks for scheduling and capacity planning.
• Develop governance models and cross-functional workforce initiatives.
• Partner with HR, operations, DD&T, forecasting and leadership to implement solutions.
• Maintain workforce performance dashboards to monitor scheduling efficiency and capacity trends.
• Drive automation and flexible capacity management initiatives.
