The successful candidate will design scalable frameworks, governance, and dashboards, partnering with center leadership to align workforce strategies with organizational priorities and adopt automation where appropriate.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of expertise in workforce management, scheduling strategies, and capacity planning leadership in healthcare or operational environments.
• Strong analytical skills to showcase workforce trends and align strategies with organizational goals.
• Proficiency in designing governance models to ensure consistency and flexibility.
• Ability to lead transitions in workforce planning methodologies and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable scheduling and capacity planning frameworks across BioLife Centers.
• Develop governance models to enhance operational flexibility and consistency in resource management.
• Serve as SME for HR, BioLife operations, DD&T, and forecasting teams.
• Lead organizational transitions in workforce planning methodologies and governance processes.
• Maintain workforce performance dashboards to monitor scheduling efficiency and capacity progress.
• Promote automation and flexible capacity management across systems.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and drive adoption of new tools with training.
