Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, seeks a Senior Business Partner for Workforce and Capacity Optimization to design scalable scheduling and capacity models across BioLife Centers. You will partner with HR, operations, forecasting, and leadership to drive workforce efficiency, governance, and automation, while guiding change management and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Preferred: Advanced degree (e.g., MBA or Master’s in Business, Information Systems, or related field).
• Expertise in workforce management frameworks and scalable scheduling strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable frameworks for scheduling workflows and long‑term capacity planning across BioLife Centers.
• Develop governance models to enhance operational flexibility and consistency in resource management.
• Serve as SME for HR, BioLife operations, DD&T, and forecasting teams to address cross‑departmental needs.
• Lead transitions in workforce planning methodologies, scheduling frameworks, and governance processes.
• Maintain workforce performance dashboards to monitor scheduling efficiency and capacity trends.
• Promote automation and flexible capacity management within systems.
• Identify opportunities, implement strategies, and drive adoption through training.
