Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Senior Business Partner, Workforce and Capacity Optimization, to design scalable scheduling and capacity frameworks across BioLife Centers. The role requires driving governance models and collaborating with HR, operations, and forecasting teams to deliver workforce solutions.

You will lead workforce planning initiatives, maintain dashboards, and advance automation while guiding cross-functional stakeholders to adopt new methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, HR or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in workforce management, scheduling, and capacity planning in healthcare or operational environments.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills for workforce planning and decision-making.
• Knowledge of governance processes to ensure consistency and flexibility.
• Experience implementing automation initiatives.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable frameworks for scheduling workflows and long-term capacity planning across BioLife Plasma Centers.
• Develop governance models to enhance operational flexibility.
• Serve as SME for HR, BioLife operations, DD&T, and forecasting.
• Lead transitions in workforce planning methodologies and governance processes.
• Maintain workforce dashboards to monitor scheduling and capacity progress.
• Promote automation and flexible capacity management solutions.
• Identify improvement opportunities and train teams on new tools.
