You will design scheduling frameworks, drive capacity planning, and partner with HR, operations, and forecasting to align workforce initiatives with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience leading workforce management in healthcare or operations.
• Strong analytics and reporting for workforce planning.
