Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, is seeking a Senior Business Partner to lead workforce optimization. You will design scheduling workflows, drive capacity planning across BioLife centers, and partner with HR, operations, DD&T, forecasting, and leadership to align resources with priorities.

The role requires 8+ years in workforce management in healthcare or similar settings, strong analytics, governance expertise, and the ability to lead cross-functional change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Human Resources, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred: MBA or related master's program.
• 8+ years in workforce management, scheduling, and capacity planning in healthcare or similar Ops.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills for workforce planning.
• Ability to design governance models and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable scheduling workflows and long-term capacity planning for BioLife centers.
• Develop governance models to ensure flexibility and consistency in resource management.
• Serve as SME for HR, operations, DD&T, and forecasting, delivering cross‑functional workforce solutions.
• Lead transitions in planning methodologies and governance across BioLife centers.
• Maintain dashboards to monitor scheduling efficiency and capacity trends.
• Promote automation and flexible capacity management systems.
• Lead adoption of new workforce tools through training.
