Job summary

You will design scalable scheduling and capacity frameworks, collaborate with HR, operations, and forecasting teams, and lead governance initiatives to drive operational efficiency.

You will guide change management, mentor teams, and champion automation to maximize resource utilization while aligning with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Human Resources, or related field required.
• Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable scheduling and capacity frameworks across BioLife Centers.
• Develop governance models to improve operational flexibility and consistency.
• Serve as SME for HR, operations, and forecasting teams to address cross‑department requirements.
• Lead transitions in workforce planning methods and governance processes.
• Maintain dashboards for scheduling efficiency and capacity trends.
• Promote automation and flexible capacity management solutions.
• Drive adoption of new tools through training and change management.
