RTX’s Engineering Finance Workforce Analytics team seeks a Workforce Analytics Analyst to design and manage dashboards, build datasets and models, and collaborate across Engineering and Finance. The role emphasizes analytical rigor, leadership potential, and the ability to deliver insights in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has strong Excel skills, experience with Alteryx, and familiarity with Power BI/Tableau, supporting ongoing process improvements and reliable data delivery.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; or 3 years with an advanced degree.
• Experience with financial systems such as PRISM, APEX (SAP), BW, Rplan or similar.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
• Experience with dashboard tools Power BI, Tableau or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards supporting Engineering Finance operations.
• Develop datasets, financial models, and analytics with Alteryx.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely delivery of financial insights.
• Conduct root-cause analyses, assess data quality, and drive reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Engineering Finance teams to clarify requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement to streamline workflows and reduce manual processes.
