Job summary

RTX's Engineering Finance Workforce Analytics team seeks a Workforce Analytics Analyst to design, build, and enhance dashboards that support engineering and financial operations. You will develop datasets and models using Alteryx, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely insights to leadership.

The role requires a strong analytical mindset, experience with PowerBI/Tableau, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work is available in the MA area.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related discipline or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience.
• Experience in Finance functions including Program Controls, FP&A, Engineering Finance, OSC Finance, E&P or other relevant work experience.
• Experience with dashboard tools such as PowerBI, Tableau or similar tools.

The Engineering Finance Workforce Analytics team is seeking a highly motivated Workforce Analytics Analyst to support and enhance key Engineering Finance dashboards. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to build and manage dashboards, lead process improvement initiatives, must be a team player, and collaborate effectively across multiple teams.

This high-visibility position offers opportunities to work with modern analytics tools including Alteryx and Power BI while partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders across Engineering and Engineering Finance.

What You Will Do

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards supporting Engineering Finance operations.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires: A University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
• Working experience in Finance functions including Program Controls, FP&A, Engineering Finance, OSC Finance, E&P or other relevant work experience.
• Working experience with financial systems such as PRISM, APEX (SAP), Business Warehouse (BW), Rplan or other financial reporting systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tool Suite with a focus on Excel.
• Working experience with dashboard tools such as PowerBI, Tableau or similar tools.
