Job summary

RTX's Engineering Finance Workforce Analytics team is seeking a Workforce Analytics Analyst to support and enhance key dashboards. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to build and manage dashboards using Alteryx and Power BI in a hybrid US-based environment.

You will lead data-driven initiatives, partner with Engineering and Finance stakeholders, develop accurate datasets and financial models, and drive process improvements. U.S. citizenship per requirements applies.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance.
• Experience with financial systems: PRISM, APEX (SAP), BW, Rplan.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards for Engineering Finance operations.
• Develop datasets and analytics using Alteryx.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver timely financial insights.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and ensure data quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Engineering Finance teams.
• Lead continuous improvement to streamline workflows.
