Job summary

RTX’s Engineering Finance Workforce Analytics team seeks a driven Workforce Analytics Analyst to design, build, and maintain dashboards that support engineering finance operations. You’ll develop datasets and financial models using Alteryx, ensuring accurate and timely insights while collaborating with multiple teams.

The role requires strong analytics, ability to lead process improvements, and a proactive problem-solving approach in a fast-paced environment with executives and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, accounting, economics, math or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance functions (FP&A, OSC, etc.).
• Experience with financial systems such as PRISM, APEX (SAP), BW, Rplan or other financial reporting systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong data analysis skills.
• Experience with dashboard tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards supporting Engineering Finance operations.
• Develop datasets, financial models, and analytics solutions using Alteryx.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely delivery of financial insights.
• Conduct root-cause analyses, assess data quality, and drive improvements for data reliability.
