Job summary

RTX is seeking a hybrid-eligible Finance/Data Analytics professional to support enterprise BI reporting and data pipelines. You will collaborate with SAP, BW, PRISM, APEX and other teams to deliver automated, accurate financial data for decision‑makers.

The role emphasizes data governance, agile delivery, and cross‑functional collaboration with Finance, Digital Technology, and Program teams. Strong BI tools experience is required, and a U.S. citizen is needed for access to program data.

Qualifications

• Experience with business intelligence tools (PowerBI/Tableau).
• Experience with analytics and/or statistical modeling.
• Strong data governance and agile methodology understanding.

Responsibilities

• Support key finance business processes and BI reporting.
• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines for finance use cases.
• Collaborate with SAP, PRISM, APEX, BW and other system owners to ensure timely data delivery.
• Manage tasks in Agile sprints using Jira/Atlassian tooling.
