Job summary

RTX's Engineering Finance Workforce Analytics team seeks a Workforce Analytics Analyst to design, build, and enhance dashboards that support engineering and financial operations. You will develop datasets and models using Alteryx, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely insights to leadership.

The role requires a strong analytical mindset, experience with PowerBI/Tableau, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work is available in the MA area.

Qualifications

Typically requires a University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related discipline or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience.
Experience in Finance functions including Program Controls, FP&A, Engineering Finance, OSC Finance, E&P or other relevant work experience.
Experience with dashboard tools such as PowerBI, Tableau or similar tools.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain dashboards supporting Engineering Finance operations.
Develop accurate datasets, financial models, and analytics solutions using Alteryx.
Troubleshoot issues and ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial insights.
Conduct root-cause analyses, assess data quality, and drive improvements to enhance data reliability and accessibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional Engineering Finance teams to clarify requirements and align deliverables.
Lead continuous improvement efforts to streamline workflows and reduce manual processes.
