Responsibilities

• Manage complex claims inventories with advanced technical expertise and strategic handling.
• Communicate with policyholders, agents, attorneys, and witnesses to gather information and provide high levels of service.
• Investigate claims to determine exposure and provide strategic recommendations.
• Direct defense counsel throughout litigation while monitoring legal fees and costs.
• Ensure data accuracy in claims systems for compliance with regulatory reporting and internal policies.
