Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) required for the role.
• WCCA and WCCP certifications preferred; state workers comp license may be required in some branches.
• Strong knowledge of workers’ compensation laws and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manages a moderate to highly complex claims inventory with a focus on service to policyholders.
• Investigates claims, assesses exposure, engages experts, and makes strategic recommendations.
• Directs defense counsel and oversees litigation processes within company guidelines.
• Prepares claims status reports and administers benefits within authority levels.
• Mentors junior team members and shares knowledge across the organization.
