SCI Summit Consulting, LLC seeks a seasoned business development leader to drive strategic marketing for select territories, identifying profitable opportunities and expanding market share. You will nurture agency relationships, educate on products, and lead revenue growth through cross-selling while traveling extensively to maintain presence with agents.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in strategic business development or marketing, with relevant certifications and a strong grasp of underwriting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in strategic business development or marketing.
• Certifications AU, CPCU, CIC, INS or ARM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategic marketing plans for target markets.
• Identifies and secures profitable new business opportunities.
• Cultivates and maintains relationships with agencies and educates them on product features and selling techniques.
• Drives revenue growth and cross-selling or upselling strategies.
• Travels 60%–80% to visit agents and brokers.
