SCI Summit Consulting, LLC is seeking a field-based development professional for Illinois with a strong background in marketing and strategic business development. You will identify profitable opportunities, build agency partnerships, and drive revenue growth across multiple states with extensive travel.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Marketing and 5+ years of relevant experience, plus professional insurance certifications (AU, CPCU, CIC, INS or ARM).

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic business development, marketing, or a related role.
• Certifications include AU, CPCU, CIC, INS or ARM.

Responsabilidades

• Develops strategic marketing plans considering agency strengths, competitors, and market conditions.
• Identifies and secures profitable new business opportunities in target markets and develops/implements strategic plans to increase market share.
• Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with key agencies with tailored insurance solutions to meet needs and improve retention.
• Drives revenue growth by meeting/exceeding sales targets; may implement cross-selling and upselling strategies.
• Conducts market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats for strategic decisions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
