Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Juris Doctorate from accredited law school required.
• Minimum 8-10 years of workers’ compensation legal experience.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience in relevant roles required.

Responsibilities

• Directs operations of the litigation team and staff.
• Oversees workflow to meet productivity and ROI goals.
• Mentor junior attorneys, paralegals, and staff.
• Provide strategic legal advice and cost-efficient plans of action.
• Represent ICW Group before courts and boards in CA WC matters.
• Develop reports and analyze regulatory updates for the team.
