Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Senior Workers’ Compensation Claims Specialist to service multi‑state clients from inception to closure, with minimal supervision. You will act as the main contact for client education on general workers’ compensation matters and provide expert guidance throughout the claims process.

You will lead investigations, assess reserve and settlement options, and advise on return‑to‑work programs, with a focus on reducing indemnity costs and litigation exposure

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of workers’ compensation laws, statutes, and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience evaluating compensability, medical documentation, and financial exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations of complex claims, including coverage verification, medical review, and settlements as appropriate.
• Advise clients on risk mitigation, return‑to‑work programs, and safety improvements.
• Coordinate with TPAs, defense counsel, medical providers, and employers to manage cases end‑to‑end.
• Monitor claim progression and ensure compliant, timely action across jurisdictions.
